Passengers Section

The Passengers section displays and manages all passengers associated with a booking.

Viewing Passenger List​

The passenger list shows all passengers selected in the Client Details section of Tour Basics.

Information Displayed:

  • Passenger names
  • Passenger types
  • Primary passenger indicator
  • Linked services count

Passenger Count Control​

Passenger count management varies based on booking type:

Booking With Tour

For bookings WITH a tour, the increase/decrease passenger count option is disabled.

Booking Without Tour

For bookings WITHOUT a tour, you can freely increase or decrease the number of passengers.

Viewing Linked Items​

To see services attached to a specific passenger:

  1. Click on the passenger's name
  2. A panel opens showing linked:
    • ✈️ Flights
    • 🏨 Hotels
    • 📋 Other activities

This provides a quick overview of each passenger's complete itinerary.

View & Edit Passenger Details​

Steps to Edit​

  1. Locate the passenger in the list
  2. Click View Details
  3. Edit form opens with the following fields:
    • Name - Full passenger name
    • Date of Birth - DOB in required format
    • Passenger Type - Adult, Child, Infant, etc.
  4. Click Save
Automatic Sync

Changes made here automatically reflect in the Passenger Details tab.

Deleting a Passenger​

How to Delete​

  1. Select the passenger
  2. Click the Delete button/icon
  3. Confirm deletion
Restriction

You cannot delete passengers marked as Primary Passenger.

Linking PNR Names​

Connect passengers to specific PNR records for accurate flight tracking.

Steps​

  1. Select the passenger
  2. Click Link PNR Names
  3. Available PNRs list appears
  4. Select appropriate PNR(s)
  5. Confirm linkage
