Manage all flight-related information including PNRs, ticket details, and financial data.

Add or Manage PNR

Available PNR Types

1. Click Add or Manage PNR
2. Select PNR type:
   • Individual - Single passenger PNR
   • Group - Multiple passengers on one PNR
   • Amadeus - Import from Amadeus GDS
   • Sabre - Import from Sabre GDS
   • Manual - Manually enter PNR details

PNR Listing

Once added, PNRs appear in the Flights section displaying:

• PNR reference number
• Airline details
• Flight numbers
• Travel dates
• Linked passengers

Adding a Flight Line

Steps

1. Click Add Line
2. Fill in flight information:

Field	Description
PNR	Passenger Name Record number
Supplier	Airline or booking agent
Start Date	Departure date
End Date	Arrival date
Name	Flight name/description
Departure	Departure airport code
Destination	Arrival airport code
Status	Booking status (Confirmed, Pending, etc.)
Flight No.	Flight number
Flight Time	Departure time
Oby	On behalf of (if applicable)
Remarks	Additional notes

3. Click Save

Adding Financial Line

Track costs and pricing for each flight PNR.

Financial Fields

1. Locate the flight PNR
2. Click Add Financial Line
3. Enter details:

4. Click Save

Automatic Calculations

Unit Cost, Markup amount, Net, VAT amount, Unit Price, and Total are calculated automatically based on your inputs.

Link Passenger to Flight

Associate specific passengers with flight bookings.

Steps

1. Locate the flight PNR
2. Click Link Passenger
3. Select one or more passengers
4. Confirm linkage

View Ticket Information

Access detailed ticket data for any PNR.

Steps

1. Select the flight PNR
2. Click Ticket Information
3. View displayed information:
   • Ticket numbers
   • Booking class
   • Baggage allowance
   • E-ticket details
   • Special services
