📊 Total Cost​

Formula: Sum of all Unit Cost values from all financial lines

Represents: Total expense/cost for this booking

Includes:

  • Flight costs
  • Hotel costs
  • Activity costs
  • Supplement costs

💰 Total Price​

Formula: Sum of all Total Price values from all financial lines

Represents: Total amount charged to customer

Includes:

  • Base costs
  • Markups
  • VAT/taxes
  • All supplements

💵 Total Profit Amount​

Formula: Total Price − Total Cost

Represents: Absolute profit for this booking

Example:

Total Price: $5,000
Total Cost: $4,000
Total Profit Amount: $1,000

📈 Total Profit Percentage​

Formula: (Total Profit Amount ÷ Total Price) × 100

Represents: Profit margin as a percentage

Example:

Total Profit Amount: $1,000
Total Price: $5,000
Total Profit Percentage: 20%
