Login to Customer Portal

When a booking is created from the Widget or the Admin Portal, the system automatically generates login credentials for the customer.

Credentials​

The system automatically:

  • Generates a Username and Password
  • Sends credentials via email (if email is enabled from Admin Portal)

Login Steps​

  1. Open the Customer Portal login page
  2. Enter the provided Username
  3. Enter the provided Password
  4. Click on Login
Success

After successful login, you will be redirected to the Home page.

Troubleshooting​

If you don't receive login credentials:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Verify email is enabled in Admin Portal
  • Contact support
